With more than two thirds of all new vehicles being fitted with automatic transmissions according to figures released by the DVLA, the demand for servicing them is dramatically increasing in main dealers and independent workshops. DVLA reported that 15,533,812 Automatic vehicles registered in the first 3 quarters of 2022 and the figure is increasing. All these transmissions need servicing!
The old way of flushing an auto gearbox was to drain it, fill it, road test it and then repeat… And this is not only really expensive due to the amount of time and oil required, but it never really empties the torque converter fully. The solution is here and it will drastically cut the time and expense of that process.

New design for the Fluid Service AGC line, which thanks to the large Touch display and the adoption of a new graphical interface, allows the operator to make even easier and automatic any operation of the oil flow automatic transmission.
The database and the step-by-step process with images of connection points are integrated into the software.
The station allows the automatic detection of the direction of the oil flow in the transmission and prevents any damage to the system.
The WiFi connection allows constant updates and remote assistance (Re.Solve), as well as the ability to print the final report directly from your workshop PC (Nexus Print).
The Dipstick function allows to operate on sealed transmission systems, which can only be repaired via the oil filling hole. The ATF Remote Viewer App, the operator can check all the steps being executed. Interchangeable tank for quick replacement of oil types. Purity is guaranteed by the Zero-Cross contamination function (inner cleaning of circuitry and of external hoses).
